PHILIP OKELL
Philip joined Deloitte Haskins and Sells in 1977 after graduating from Bristol University with a degree in Politics and Economics. Soon after qualifying as a chartered accountant he joined the Liverpool based stockbroker Tilney & Co in 1981 where he became a partner in 1985.
After initially managing private client portfolios he was instrumental in creating the institutional client division, Tilney Fund Management. He headed this up from 1991 until his departure from the Group in 2006 to set up Mosaic Money Management. Philip manages private client portfolios and can demonstrate a long track record of adding value to client investments. He is also a non-executive director of The Rechabite Friendly Society Limited.
DAVID OAKES
David joined Manchester stockbroker Henry Cooke, Lumsden in 1977 and after becoming a member of the London Stock Exchange in 1984 held a number of senior positions within the firm including Managing Director of the in-house fund management company and member of the Executive Committee.
After senior appointments at Cazenove Fund Management and latterly Mercater Capital Management, David joined Mosaic Money Management in 2013. He has successfully managed private client portfolios for over forty years and has particular expertise in providing a multi manager service to his loyal client base.
MARCO SAMBUCCI
With over 30 years experience in the financial services industry Marco joined Mosaic Money Management in 2015 to apply his financial planning expertise for the benefit of our clients.
After qualifying as a financial planner with Sun Life in 1989 and following 7 years at Aon Consulting, he was appointed to head up the financial planning team at Baker Tilly Accountants in Liverpool and Chester. In 2007, he became a divisional director in Brewin Dolphin's Chester office.
HELEN JARVIS
Helen has a degree in French & Business Studies from Sheffield University. After seven years as an equity research assistant at Bear Stearns and latterly Goldman Sachs, she moved back to the Wirral and joined Mosaic Money Management in 2007. Helen is responsible for our investment administration.
